Overview

The Teseq CDN 3063 coupling decoupling network allows for 32Amp 480Volt three phase, EFT, Surge, and 100kHz ringwave for use with the NSG 3040 and NSG 3060. This testing accessory can be rented individually or together as an NSG3060 CDN3063 combination. This accessory is designed for maximum reliability in a wide range of test setups. 

This immunity test equipment includes both IEC and ANSI coupling methods. It also includes a Phase Rotation indicator ensuring correctly sequenced power connection, preventing damage to equipment under test (EUT). An A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC test equipment price.

The CDN3063 allows for coupling for testing to EN/IEC 61000-4-4, EN/IEC 61000-4-5, EN/IEC 61000-4-12, ANSI C62.41, ANSI C62.45, and UL 1449. Through new technology it offers the ANSI C62.41 coupling method, used to measure and track the mains voltage and simultaneously control the pulse phase angle. We also offer rentals of higher current and voltage networks including the CDN3083-S100 and CDN3083-B100.

Overview

The Teseq CDN 3083-S100 is an external, manual, three phase, 620v, 100a coupler/decoupler for the combination wave/surge and 100kHz ringwave generated by the NSG3060 and NSG 3040. This Teseq Product enables coupling modes with all types of symmetrical and asymmetrical coupling given in the EN/IEC 61000-4-5 and ANSI C62.41 2002.

This coupling decoupling network comes assembled and on wheels, providing an easily maneuverable turnkey solution. An A2LA accredited calibration is included in the price of this test equipment. It is often used in conjunction with the CDN3083-B100 providing 100Amp coupling/decoupling for Burst/EFT (electrical fast transients). These products are ideal for applications that require high AC and DC voltages and currents.

The CDN30830-S100 has all components, surge decoupling networks, INA 3080s, INA 3084 and earth rails installed. This testing accessory also comes with several cables allowing for required connections to be made easily. It can be rented individually to supplement existing testing capabilities, must be used with NSG 3060 or NSG 3040, or in combination with either Teseq surge generator.

Overview

The CDN 3083-B100 is a manual, external three phase, 690V, 100A coupler/decoupler for the EFT/Burst generated by the NSG 3060, NSG 3040, or similar Teseq product. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC testing accessory price. This product can has a maximum burst voltage of 8800 volts.

This ideal for industries and applications that require higher AC and DC voltages and currents, including power & telecom industry, renewable energy applications, electric vehicle and charging stations. Given that this accessories weighs roughly 11lbs, it allows placement of the coupling decoupling network to distances between it and EUT as required by the standard.

The CDN 3083 - B100 is designed for testing of electrical fast transients, specifically EN/IEC 61000-4-4. This testing accessory is often rented in conjunction with the CDN 3083-S100 for surge and ringwave. It is designed to be used with an EUT supply in AC mode up to 690V.

Overview

The Teseq CDN HSS-2 Coupling Decoupling Network is designed for convenient surge testing with 1.2/50 μs pulses, as defined in EN/IEC 61000-4-5, on unshielded symmetrical high speed telecommunication lines e.g. Ethernet. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This product allows testing on ISDN and Ethernet with 10/100BaseT and 1000BaseT. With a surge test voltage of 2 kV is the maximal residual voltage at the AE port only 65 V due to the excellent decoupling network. Additional decoupling elements are not required to protect the auxiliary equipment (AE).

Overview

The Teseq CDN3425 (Teseq CCL) main purpose is to couple Burst/EFT pulses to data lines. It can also be used to couple to mains lines where no CDN is available; for example, high current lines >200 A. This coupling decoupling network (CDN) capacitive coupling clamp (CCL) comes with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration and works with a many conducted immunity generators

The new design is fully compliant with the specifications of IEC 61000-4-4 Ed 2.0 2004, as well as with the draft of EN/IEC 61000-4-4 Ed 3.0 to be published in 2012. This model also replaces earlier models CDN 8014 and CDN 8015.The coupling capacitance between the coupling clamp and the cable laid in it depends on the cable characteristics.

Overview

The CNI 508N2 from AMETEK CTS is the first coupling/decoupling network available on the market to couple Surge onto shielded and unshielded high-speed communication lines with data rates up to 1,000MBit/s. Additionally, the CNI 508N2 can be used as a coupling/decoupling network to apply Burst- as well as Surge pulses to unshielded symmetrical interconnection lines. The CNI 508 N2 meets the requirements according Figure 11 and Figure 12 to the standards IEC 61000-4-5 (Ed. 3.0 :2014).
