Overview

The EOS 1 by California Instruments is an electronic output switch provides full AC source compliance for dips and Interrupts testings. There are many ways to test a product to verify immunity from line variations, and some form of standardization, for comparison purposes, is desirable.The standard, EN/IEC 61000-4-11, seeks to specify the parametric requirements of an AC source suitable for performing the specified tests. Generally, these requirements go beyond what is necessary on a particular product.
