The NSG4070 by Teseq is a multifunctional device for carrying out EMC testing for conducted and radiated immunity testing to a variety of standards. Take advantage of ISO 17025 calibrations, a variety of accessories, a quick delivery on this compact equipment. This Conducted RF Immunity Test Generator modular set-up using internal (80 Watts) or external amplifiers enables a large variety of applications.

The powerful and easy to use firmware from an external PC and control software, however it can also be remote controlled for system operation. A state-of-the-art data transfer of test and measurement data for documentation is provided by USB stick to be plugged into the front pane.

The NSG 4070 was designed to testing in accordance to EN/IEC 61000-4-6, EN/IEC 60601-1-2, EN/IEC 61000-4-20, EN/IEC 61000-4-21 and several automotive standards. This immunity test product provides various sweep methods which can be selected to suit each particular testing parameter. This Teseq conducted RF test equipment also allows for all coupling methods to be simply and easily connected and calibrated.

The KEMZ clamp made by Teseq is an RF current lnjection clamp, having inductive and capacitive coupling and allowing the induction of large currents on cables in the frequency range of 0.15 to 1000 MHz.

This Teseq RF coupling clamp induces a current on a cable by using inductive and capacitive coupling at the same time. The KEMZ design has made it possible to improve the frequency range up to 1000 MHz by modifying the primary winding. This EM Test product is designed for testing to EN/IEC 61000-4-6 and many other conducted RF EMC standards.

Conducted radio frequency (RF) immunity refers to an electronic or electrical systems ability to function while receiving RF stress in the environment that the systems will function. As we continue to utilize more of the RF spectrum this immunity testing has grown in importance. There are many standards that test to for an electronic or electrical systems conducted RF Immunity including EN IEC 61000-4-6, MIL-STD-461 CS114, RTCA DO-160 sec 20, and many others. EN IEC 61000-4-6 falls under the basic publication of IEC 61000, which is general guidelines for EMC. EN IEC 61000-4-6 Conducted RF immunity Requirements
We rent conducted RF immunity test systems that replicate the radio frequencies that electrical and electronic equipment is tested to. We carry both Teseq and EM Test conducted RF products to accommodate testing needs. To facilitate testing we also rent a wide range of accessories allowing for increased testing capabilities. Our conducted test equipment includes software which sweeps through the frequency ranges defined by the test specification (IEC 61000-4-5, Mil Std 461 cs114, DO 160 sec 20, and others), recording both calibration data and the data for the device under test. This automation allows easy and efficient testing for a wide range of applications.
