NSG 5500 Rental - Teseq Automotive Transient Generator

The Teseq NSG 5500 rental offers solutions for transient immunity testing based on ISO 7637 pulses 1, 2a, 3a, 3b, and the load dump pulses from ISO 16750-2.  It includes the +ARB Option for pulses 2b and 4. Our automotive EMC test equipment rentals include an accredited calibration in the rental price. This Teseq automotive transient generator includes a coupler/battery switch for testing requiring battery coupling.

The NSG 5500 system allows for testing to international, commercial, and company specific standards including. The Arbitrary waveform generator option supports >64,000 segments plus 1GB of Clone data with up to 10Ms/s 16 bit operation. Control of the testing parameters is done through PC running AutoStar™ software. The NSG 5500 Rental offers testing to be completed through a single output connector.

This turnkey product comes with a laptop with software pre-installed for efficient testing. Additional inputs and outputs are located on the rear panel for test execution control purposes and monitoring. The NSG 5500 is the first product to offer a completely internal 100 amp. battery switch for transient immunity testing. The NSG 5500 rental transient immunity generators can be used with the PA 5840-300 battery Simulator or the PA 5840-75 Battery Simulator.



NSG 4070 Rental - Conducted RF Generator IEC 61000-4-6

The NSG 4070 by Teseq is a multi-functional device for carrying out EMC testing for conducted and radiated immunity. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the conducted RF generator rental price. The third generator of the NSG 4070 rental product provides efficient and effective means to create testing reports and connect EUT monitoring. 

This Conducted RF Immunity Test Generator modular set-up using internal or external amplifiers enables a large variety of applications. The powerful and easy to use firmware makes the NSG 4070 independent from an external PC and control software, however it can also be remote controlled for system operation. A state-of-the-art data transfer of test and measurement data for documentation is provided by USB stick to be plugged into the front pane 

The NSG 4070 was designed to testing in accordance to EN IEC 61000-4-6, EN IEC 60601-1-2, EN IEC 61000-4-20, EN IEC 61000-4-21 and several automotive standards. The Teseq NSG 3060 EMC Immunity generator provides EFT to 4.8kV, Surge to 6.6kV, 100 kHz Ringwave to 6.6kV and offers solutions for both CE mark, ANSI, and IEC testing.  A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. It includes both coupling methods associated with IEC and ANSI EMC testing standards.

The NSG3060 offers a user friendly design to help streamline testing to EN IEC 61000-4-4EN IEC 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-12,ANSI C62.41, C62.45, and UL 1449.  It offers a 7" color screen and easy to manage user-interface allowing for easy adjustments with the thumb-wheel.  Expansion capabilities enable the system to be configured for a much broader range of applications including 10/700 Telecom Surge and Magnetic Field tests.

This Immunity Test Generator has a Ethernet port for connect with a PC and includes window based software. This simplifies the EMC test standard allowing for compilation of complex test sequences with diverse pulse types. The software with the NSG 3060 test set enables the user to create reports and enter observations as the test progresses increasing the efficiency of long-term tests.


NSG 3040 Rental - EFT 4.4kV, Surge 4.8kV Built-In Coupler

The Teseq NSG 3040 electromagnetic immunity (EMI) test generator provides 4.4kV Surge and 4.4kV EFT with a built-in single phase coupler and is designed primarily for cable-borne transient interference tests. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This Teseq products modular architecture and industry standard interfaces allow it to be easily expanded and customized to meet individual testing needs.

This Immunity Test Generator is designed to fulfill conducted EMC testing requirements for CE mark testing, including Combination Wave Surge (4.4 kV), Electrical Fast Transient (EFT) pulses (4.8 kV) and Power Quality Testing (PQT). The NSG3040 includes a 7" color screen and easy to manage user-interface allowing for easy adjustments with the thumb-wheel. This EMC test equipment can also be controlled via PC through the Ethernet Port.

The NSG 3040 system is an all in one box that tests to EN IEC 61000-4-4EN IEC 61000-4-5 and EN IEC 61000-4-11 and CE Mark with optional INA 6502. CDN3063 Rental - Teseq Three Phase Surge, Ring and EFT coupler, 480V, 32A for NSG 3060 & NSG 3040

The Teseq CDN 3063 offers three phase EFT, Surge, and 100kHz Ringwave with a  coupler/decoupler for use with the NSG 3060.  This product can be rented by itself or together as the NSG3060 CDN3063. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. The CDN 3063 is designed for maximum reliability in a wide range of test setups. 

This Immunity Test Equipment also includes both IEC and ANSI coupling methods. The CDN 3063 provides 480V, 32A EUT capability and Phase Rotation indicator ensuring correctly sequenced power connection. Having correctly sequenced power is crucial to EMC testing and an incorrectly phased coupling connection has the potential to damage the equipment under test (EUT).

 The CDN3063 in addition to the NSG 3060 provides testing to EN IEC 61000-4-4, EN IEC 61000-4-5, EN IEC 61000-4-12ANSI C62.41, ANSI C62.45, and UL 1449. The CDN3063 utilizes the latest electronic component technology to accomplish the unique ANSI C62.41 coupling methodology, used to measure and track the mains voltage and simultaneously control the pulse phase angle.

The Teseq CDN 3083-B100 is a manual, external three phase, 690V, 100A coupler/decoupler for the EFT/Burst generated by the NSG 3060 the NSG 3040 or other EFT/Burst generators. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This product allows for test pulses of up to 8.8 kV.

Teseq CDN3061 Rental - Single Phase Coupler for Surge and EFT for the NSG 3060

The Teseq CDN3061 single phase coupler for use with the NSG 3060 Transient Immunity Tester for EFT, Surge and 100kHz Ringwave. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This Teseq product is designed for maximum reliability, a diverse set of test setups, and both IEC & ANSI coupling methods.

The CDN 3061 network features a module for the power quality test required by EN IEC 61000-4-11 and IEC/EN 61000-4-29. Automated variac accessories are available for connection to the CDN to perform the variation test described in IEC/EN 61000-4-11. Voltage variation test parameters are set via the generator’s user interface. Over temperature protection for the CDN 3061, which allows short term operation at currents exceeding the nominal rating, prevents damage to internal components.
