Description

Immunity EMC Equipment for Industrial environments

This generic standard, part of the EN IEC 61000-6 series focuses only immunity for industrial environments. It covers the frequency range of up to 400 GHz for testing. This standard only applies if no other product or product-related EMC immunity standard applies. The most recent 2016 version provides a redline version, allowing comparing to the previous 2005 version. This standard references a wide range of standards including IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, and many others. This standard can be thought of as additional testing to EN/IEC 61000-6-1.
