This Military EMC Test Equipment provide nine selectable waveforms, including six damped sinusoidal pulses (10 kHz, 100 kHz, 1 MHz, 10 MHz, 30 MHz, and 100 MHz) and three double exponential pulses (6.4 µS, 70 µS, 500 µS). The 9354-2 goes beyond the more basic 9354-1 and also has the capability for three double exponential pulses (6.4 µS, 70 µS, and 120 µS). Auto pulsing of the sinusoidal repetition rate is internally adjusted from 0.5 to 1.0 pulse per second.
The 9354-2 is a versatile Immunity test generator allowing for testing to MIL-STD-461 CS116 and RTCA DO-160 sec 22. A front panel-mounted push button can be used to manually trigger single pulses. The peak amplitude of the selected output pulse is adjustable as a percentage of the charge voltage. Our EMC rental equipment includes the option of renting the accessory Bulk Current Injection Clamp (BCI) and other accessories required for CS116.
The Solar 8850 by Solar Electronics is a power sweep generator with 7021-1 phase shift network for Mil Std 461 CS01/CS101. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This product is ideal for conducted susceptibility testing providing increased audio voltage from a low impedance source.
This Military EMC Test Equipment is designed to be used with an audio isolation transformer allowing the injection injection of sinewave audio voltages into power lines supplying the EUT. The Solar 8850 offers the option for both manually tuned or sweeping mode for four frequency bands 20Hz to 150Khz. The digital display on this EMC test equipment shows frequency and output voltage level(injection voltage level).
The Solar 8850 also provides automatic leveling of output voltage as frequency is scanned or swept. This product is designed to meet the testing critera for MIL-STD-461 CS101 and MIL-STD-461 CS01. The maximum output of this test equipment is 300 watts for 1.5 ohm resistive load and 200 watts for a 2.5 ohm. As added protection this Solar military product provides protective circuits preventing damage caused by power frequency feedback in typical a.c. setups.
The 8282 by Solar Electronics spike generator up to 600v for conducted transient susceptibility testing providing three different spike duration's 0.15 µS, 5.0 µS, and 10.0 µS into low source impedance. Our military immunity test rental includes an A2LA accredited calibration included in the EMC rental equipment price.
This Military EMC Rental Test Generator this product has two sets of output terminals allow either parallel or series injection into the power line. Series injection is used on AC lines. Parallel injection is used on DC lines. The output winding used for series injection can carry 25 A of power current. The output terminals are isolated from the chassis and the power cord.
The Solar 8282 is designed to meet MIL-STD-461 CS06 (NEMA TS2) provides all the waveshapes required by MIL-STD-461 and many other military EMI specifications. All functions are selected by push buttons which are lighted when activated. This product is not designed to test for RTCA/DO-160G Section 17 or MIL-STD-461F CS106.
|The Solar7032 is an electronics power line isolation transformer for MIL STD 461 CS06 and MIL-STD 1399. This transformer is equipped with a wall plug and 2 binding posts. Rated at 800 W, 50-60 Hz.|
The 6512-106R by Solar Electronics are a series of 10µF Feed-Thru Capacitor, ideal for military/avionic RFI/EMI test setups such as MIL-STD-461A/462A and are rented in sets of 2. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. In this application the capacitor provides a low RF impedance across the power source so that EMI currents produced by the equipment under test can be accurately measured with a current probe.

Mil Std 461 CS116 Accessory Package - Solar 9335-2, Solar 9123-1 Injection Probes, Calibration Fixtures, attenuators and monitoring probe
The Solar CS116 accessory package is a complete accessory package for CS115 and CS116 testing with the Solar Electronics 9354-2 including calibration fixtures and attenuators. High power transient generators with source impedances from 0.25 Ω to 50 Ω can use this probe to deliver high peak voltage or high current pulses into the wires or cables passing through the window of the device.
The unique winding arrangement of this impedance matching probe provides step-up or step-down ratios with respect to either: 1) the source impedance of the connected generator, when used for injection, or 2) the load impedance of the connected receiver, when used for reception. This results in maximum power transfer into or out of the transformer winding formed by the cable bundle passing through the window.
