Overview

The ECAT E502B by Thermo Fisher Scientific / Keytek is the telecommunications surge module to test to a variety of standards having telecom requirements providing 10x700µs and 9x720µs waveforms. This Thermo Fisher Scientific EMI immunity test equipment rental comes with an A2LA accredited calibration and free technical support. The rental is only for the ECAT E502B module.

This EMI Test Equipment provides single port testing and allows changing tests modes without switching off power to the equipment under test (EUT). This helps testing with the E502 B to be conducted efficiently without re-initializing the EUT between tests. The ECAT E103 is required for use and both units can be rented as an ECAT E103 & E502 EMI immunity test system. 

The ECAT E 502B is designed to test to EN IEC 61000-4-5, ITU-T K.20, ITU-T K.21, FCC part 68, ITU-T k.17 and many other telecommunication based standards.The modular system of this Thermo Fisher / Keytek product provides the ability to be upgraded providing the ability to upgrade test capabilities to meet the newest standard. The E103 and E502B combination can be controlled via front panel or through computer using Keytek software.
