Overview

The ECAT E103, E501, and E4554 by Thermo Fisher Scientific / Keytek is designed to test to many EMC immunity standards requiring 6kV surge/combination wave with 3 phase power coupler/decoupler 480v, 32a EUT. This ECAT System comes with an A2LA accredited calibration and free technical support included with rental. This rental is a combination of the ECAT E103 control unit and E501, and E4554 modules.

This Thermo Fisher Scientific / Keytek EMC immunity generator provides single port testing and allows changing tests modes without switching off power to the equipment under test (EUT). This helps testing with to be conducted efficiently without re-initializing the EUT between tests. The ECAT E501 can be rented individually or in combination with the ECAT E103.

This ECAT system is designed to test EN/IEC 61000-4-5 ed.3, ANSI/IEEE C62.41, and UL 1449 and many other immunity standards that have a high voltage surge component. The modular system of this Thermo Fisher / Keytek product provides the ability to be upgraded providing the ability to upgrade test capabilities to meet the newest standard. The E103 and E501, E4554 combination can be controlled via front panel or through computer using Keytek software.
