Prepare Your Rental Return
Check how your equipment was delivered, then follow the matching return instructions. The equipment examples below are a guide; the actual shipment method used for your rental takes priority. Customers are responsible for shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
Return it the way we shipped it to you.
If it arrived by small package carrier, return it as a small package. If it arrived by LTL freight on a pallet, return it by LTL freight on a pallet. Contact us before changing the shipping method.
Small package
Parcel Return
Package the equipment carefully and include all associated accessories.
- Ship the equipment back by small package carrier to the location that sent it to you.
- Return the equipment in the Pelican case or container it arrived in.
- Use the supplied packing materials to protect the equipment.
- No RMA number is required.

LTL freight
Pallet return
Strap the equipment securely on a pallet for return by LTL freight.
- Return the equipment in the red shipping container or Pelican case it arrived in.
- Secure the shipping case upright to the pallet.
- Ship the equipment back by LTL freight to the location that sent it to you. No RMA is required.

Return received
The rental period ends when the unit arrives on our dock in good condition. Two free return transit days are allowed.
