The EMC Pro Plus made by Thermo Fisher Scientific is a Conducted Immunity Generator designed for 6kV surge/combination wave, 4.4kV EFT/Burst, 100kHz ringwave at 6kV, and dips testing.This test system provides a single unit solution for surge, EFT, ringwave, and dips and interruptions and is upgraded to meet the latest versions of these standards. This test equipment comes with an A2LA ISO 17025 accredited calibration and free technical support. We also offer rentals of the 10x700 Telecom wave board providing capabilities with the EMC Pro Plus platform.

This EMI Immunity Generator is an easy to use, cost effective solution to a diverse set of testing needs. This system provides easy to use front panel display and can be controlled via computer through windows based software. It also monitors output of the coupling unit and automatically switches connections according to coupling mode.

The EMC Partner IMU4000 EMI (Optional: Common Mode) test generator is an all in one unit testing solution for testing to EFT to 4.4kV and Surge to 4.1kV with built-in single phase coupler, and Dips under 6 amps. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This products "Plug and Play" architecture allows for system to automatically identify hardware then re-configure testing menu to reflect the change.

This Immunity Test Generator has been created for CE transient testing as well as fulfilling IEC basic standard requirements. The IMU 4000 includes both an Ethernet Port for control communication and test reporting that includes laboratory environmental conditions.This EMC tester is a environmentally conscience solution with low power consumption, less noise, and less heat.

The Teseq INA6502 is an automated external transformer for the NSG 3040 and NSG 3060 test systems to perform dips and interrupts testing. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This product allows for reducing the incoming supply voltage by pre-set amounts. 

This Immunity Test Accessory is designed for easy handling and can be used in three different positions; laying, standing, or wall-mounted. Several control parameters can be accessed through the front panel including power and voltage selector rotary. This EMC test equipment also includes 16 A fuse located in the front of the unit for added protection.

The INA6502 tests to EN/IEC 61000-4-11 and power quality testing (PQT) with the 80% voltage position and to the large overcurrent capabilities in the step transformer. It provides four voltage dips allowing for testing to many standards and company requirements. This product can be controlled using the touch screen interface or the WIN 3000 remote control software.

EMTest automated external transformer for the UCS 500n7 and UCS 500n5 generators to perform the dips and interrupts test for EN IEC 61000-4-11. Voltage dips and short interruptions simulate a reduction of the power supply voltage for a certain period of time. Four different test levels are required as per IEC/EN 61000-4-11. The V 4780 Series of tapped transformer are used to simulate power supply failures such as voltage dips and interruptions providing taps with 40 %, 70 %, 80 % and a direct output with 100 % of the nominal mains supply voltage. Depending on the model the taps are selected manually or by means of the 0-10 V DC signal provided by the test generator.

The ECAT EP62 made by Thermo Fisher Scientific / Keytek is designed to provide swells, dips, and interrupts(PQF) on power mains up to 240v and 32a. This Thermo Fisher Scientific EMI immunity test equipment comes with an  A2LA accredited calibration included with rental or purchase. The EP 62 plug-in module requires the ECAT E103 control unit.

This Thermo Fisher Scientific / Keyte test equipment provides single port testing and allows changing tests modes without switching off power to the equipment under test (EUT). This helps testing with the EP62 be conducted efficiently without re-initializing the EUT between tests. This unit can be easily integrated with preexisting ECAT system by sliding the EP62 into open bay of the ECAT E103 control unit.

The ECAT EP62 is designed to test EN IEC 61000-4-11 and is compliant to single phase of this EMI Immunity standard. The modular system provides the ability to be upgraded providing the ability to upgrade test capabilities to meet the newest standard.
