Overview

The Teseq NSG 5500 rental offers solutions for transient immunity testing based on ISO 7637-2 pulses 1, 2a, 3a, 3b, and the load dump pulses from ISO 16750-2.  It includes the +ARB Option for pulses 2b and 4. Our rental systems also have built in the MT5511, LD5550, +ARB, and come with Autostar Software with a laptop to control the unit(s). All of our automotive rentals include an accredited calibration in the rental price. This Teseq automotive transient generator includes a coupler/battery switch for testing requiring battery coupling. 

The NSG 5500 system allows for testing to international, commercial, and company specific standards including. The Arbitrary waveform generator option supports >64,000 segments plus 1GB of Clone data with up to 10Ms/s 16 bit operation. Control of the testing parameters is done through PC running AutoStar™ software. This Teseq automotive immunity generator rental offers testing to be completed through a single output connector.

This turnkey product comes with a laptop with software pre-installed for efficient testing. Additional inputs and outputs are located on the rear panel for test execution control purposes and monitoring. It is the first product to offer a completely internal 100 amp. battery switch for transient immunity testing. These rental transient immunity generators can be used with the PA 5840-300 battery Simulator or the PA 5840-75 Battery Simulator.

Overview

The PA5840-300 by Teseq is an 100 Amp DC power supply for use with the Teseq NSG 5500 automotive EMC immunity test system. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the automotive EMI immunity test equipment rental price. This fast, reliable, and modular battery simulator supply comes with up to 18 kW of power and is designed to simulate 12, 24, and 42 V vehicle electrical systems. We also offer rentals of the PA 5840 25Amp version designed for use with Teseq automotive immunity generators/systems.

This Automotive EMC Test Equipment provides dips and interrupts for a diverse set of automotive EMI standards including ISO 7637, waveforms 2b and 4. The PA 5840 also allows for testing to military automotive immunity standards including MIL-STD-461E. This latest Teseq model has 4 quadrant operation, important in the EV environment.

The PA 5840 includes two gain settings for use and output ranges for power efficiency. This DC power supply needs a control unit to be used.This automotive transient immunity generators setup also allows for High bandwidth up to 150 kHz. To facilitate the most efficient testing we provide rentals of both the 100 amp and the PA 5840-75 25 Amp model.

Overview

The NSG 3150 by Teseq is an EMC immunity test generator for Combination Wave Surges to 15kV, and offers solutions for both CE mark, IEC, and  ANSI testing. This product includes the CDN 3153, which allows for three phase coupling/decoupling up to 63 amps, 690 volts AC, and 125 volts DC. This test equipment comes with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration and all necessary cords included in the rental price.  The NSG 3150 and CDN3153 system is compliant with the latest version of EN/IEC 61000-4-5.   

This Surge Immunity Test Generator comes with the standard an easy to use Teseq interface that includes a 7" color screen and thumb wheel for adjustments. This test sytem offers flexible repetition time setting for significant reduction in test times. Overview

The Teseq Profline2105 by Teseq has a stable and programmable 5KVA power supply and line conditioner (Cal Inst 5000ix) used for measuring single phase harmonics (EN/IEC 61000-3-2) and flicker (EN/IEC 61000-3-3) testing. The NSG1007 power supply is included in the Profline2105 rental. An A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. 

This Harmonics and Flicker Emissions Tester has a fully programmable AC power source with arbitrary waveform generator capable of being used in stand-alone mode in various applications for IEC 61000-4-X at pre or full-compliance. The measurement of flicker requires a fixed, stable source impedance the Profline system provides a precision power source to accurately simulate this impedance by careful control of the relationship between voltage and current. This IEC 61000-3-3 rental solution eliminates the need for a costly physical impedance.

The Profline 2105 is a reliable solution for testing to standards EN/IEC 61000-3-2, EN/IEC 61000-3-3, EN/IEC 61000-4-11, EN/IEC 61000-4-13, and EN/IEC 61000-4-14. Measurements are made using precision, no burden, active hall-effect current transformers connected via a dedicated cable to a multichannel fast Data Acquisition Card (DAQ) fitted inside a PC. One voltage and three current measuring channels are used to make simultaneous measurement of both current and voltage.

Overview

The CBA 1G-600B has the capacity to produce a 600W 80MHz to 1GHz and can be controlled via front panel or via latop with USB, GPIB, RS232 and Ethernet connections. It is compatible and can be easily integrated with a wide variety Teseq products and test systems. The minimum of 500W linear power makes it a  excellent solution for RF immunity testing for a variety of applications including military, automotive, and aerospace applications.

This EMC test equipment is often used for RF immunity testing to IEC 61000-4-3, MIL-STD 461, ISO 11452,  RTCA DO-160, and many others. We also carry the CBA 1G-300B, which provide 300W capabilities with the same frequency range. It is often included in test setups with associated Teseq products, including the NSG 4070 and ITS 6006. The touch screen front panel gives immediate fedback and provides information including operating status and heatsink temperature.

Our amplifiers provide turnkey solutions coming with required cords and accessories. The inbuilt fan speed automatically adjusts according to the heatsink temperature ensuring the minimum audio noise level. To supplement testing, we also rent many other amplifiers including S251-300 (800MHz-2.5Ghz 300w) and AS0860-50 (800Mhz-6Ghz 50W).

The NSG4070 by Teseq is a multifunctional device for carrying out EMC testing for conducted and radiated immunity testing to a variety of standards. Take advantage of ISO 17025 calibrations, a variety of accessories, a quick delivery on this compact equipment.This Conducted RF Immunity Test Generator modular set-up using internal (80 Watts) or external amplifiers enables a large variety of applications. 

The powerful and easy to use firmware from an external PC and control software, however it can also be remote controlled for system operation. A state-of-the-art data transfer of test and measurement data for documentation is provided by USB stick to be plugged into the front pane. 

The NSG 4070 was designed to testing in accordance to EN/IEC 61000-4-6, EN/IEC 60601-1-2, EN/IEC 61000-4-20, EN/IEC 61000-4-21 and several automotive standards. The Teseq (previously Schaffner) NSG 3060 EMC Immunity generator provides testing for EFT(electrical fast transients) to 4.8kV, Surge to 6.6kV, 100kHz ring wave to 6.6kV and offers solutions for both CE mark, ANSI, and IEC testing.  A2LA accredited calibration and two free days of transit time is included in the rental equipment priceIt includes both coupling methods associated with IEC and ANSI EMC testing standards. We also offer the full line of accessories available for rent, including the CDN 3083 series (CDN3083-S100 & CDN3083-B100), allowing for enhanced testing capabilities.
