This standard provides two different frequency ranges associated with radiated testing. The first, normally testing to completely, covers 80MHz to 1 GHz, and the second covers 800MHz to 960MHz and 1.4GHz to 6GHz. The second two frequencies are tested to based upon the EUT anticipated interference. This higher frequency range has increased in importance as the usage of the higher bands becomes more common. These frequency ranges are tested using field uniformity to ensure compliance to associated volt meter requirement. The radiated requirements of level 4 extend to 30V/m with additional testing possible at higher levels as required. The below table is extracted from InCompliance "Antenna Selection for IEC 61000-4-3".
