      IEC 60255 which includes several sections, including section 1: common requirements, provides requirement for any combination of devices to form schemes for power system protection for measuring relays and protection equipment. IEC 60255-1 providing common requirements, may not apply to all special applications and may need to be enhanced by relating testing requirements. EN 60255-1 (2010) is equivlant to this standard and can be used a reference for testing. The PDF for both of these standards can be downloaded through the IEC Webstore. The commonly used sections of the overarching standard include part 21-1 vibration, part 26 electromagnetic compatibility, and part 3 single input. These testing requirements only apply to relays in new condition unless otherwise specified. The most recent 2009 version of this standard replaces all previous versions. All of test equipment for this immunity standard comes with A2LA accredited calibrations, required cords for setup, and technical support.

We also offer the full line of accessories available for rent, including the CDN 3083 series (CDN3083-S100 & CDN3083-B100), allowing for enhanced testing capabilities. 

      This multifunction generator offers a user-friendly design to help streamline testing to EN/IEC 61000-4-4, EN/IEC 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-12, ANSI C62.41, C62.45, and UL 1449. It offers a 7" color screen and easy to manage user-interface allowing for easy adjustments with the thumb-wheel.       Overview

      The Teseq NSG 3040 electromagnetic immunity (EMI) test generator provides 4.4kV Surge and 4.4kV electrical fast transient (EFT) with a built-in single phase coupler and is designed primarily for cable-borne transient interference tests. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This Teseq products modular architecture and industry standard interfaces allow it to be easily expanded and customized to meet individual testing needs.

      This Immunity Test Generator is designed to fulfill conducted EMC testing requirements for CE mark testing, including Combination Wave Surge (4.4 kV), Electrical Fast Transient (EFT) pulses (4.8 kV) and Power Quality Testing (PQT). The NSG3040 includes a 7" color screen and easy to manage user-interface allowing for easy adjustments with the thumb-wheel.       The Haefely Hipotronics Axos8 conducted immunity test generator allow for 6kV surge/combination wave testing, 5kV EFT/Burst, and a 7kV Ringwave (optional Dips and Interrupts are availible) and a built-in single phase coupler. This is the combination of both the CDN 3063 and NSG 3060 which are priced and often rented desperately. This product is designed primarily for cable-borne transient interference tests.

      This Immunity Testing System was created for maximum reliability in a wide range of test setups. Over temperature protection, which allows short term operation at currents exceeding the nominal rating, prevents damage to internal components. The combination of both the NSG 3060 and CDN 3063 takes into account EUT power voltage levels allowing for testing to ANSI C62.41 and many others.

      Dips and Interrupts available per IEC 61000-4-11 with optional INA 6502. The automated single-phase coupling network incorporates surge and burst coupling for continuous EUT currents of up to 16 A and complies to the requirements for the surge standard IEC/EN 61000-4-5, as well the coupling modes given in the ANSI C62.45 standard and for burst standard IEC/EN 61000-4-4.

      The CDN 3083-B100 is a manual, external three phase, 690V, 100A coupler/decoupler for the EFT/Burst generated by the NSG 3060, NSG 3040, or similar Teseq product. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC testing accessory price. This product can has a maximum burst voltage of 8800 volts.

      This ideal for industries and applications that require higher AC and DC voltages and currents, including power & telecom industry, renewable energy applications, electric vehicle and charging stations. Given that this accessories weighs roughly 11lbs, it allows placement of the coupling decoupling network to distances between it and EUT as required by the standard.

      The CDN 3083 - B100 is designed for testing of electrical fast transients, specifically EN/IEC 61000-4-4. This testing accessory is often rented in conjunction with the CDN 3083-S100 for surge and ringwave. It is designed to be used with an EUT supply in AC mode up to 690V.

      The Teseq CDN 3063 coupling decoupling network allows for 32Amp 480Volt three phase, EFT, Surge, and 100kHz ringwave for use with the NSG 3040 and NSG 3060. This testing accessory can be rented individually or together as an NSG3060 CDN3063 combination. This accessory is designed for maximum reliability in a wide range of test setups. 

      This immunity test equipment includes both IEC and ANSI coupling methods. It also includes a Phase Rotation indicator ensuring correctly sequenced power connection, preventing damage to equipment under test (EUT). An A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC test equipment price.

      The CDN3063 allows for coupling for testing to EN/IEC 61000-4-4, EN/IEC 61000-4-5, EN/IEC 61000-4-12, ANSI C62.41, ANSI C62.45, and UL 1449. Through new technology it offers the ANSI C62.41 coupling method, used to measure and track the mains voltage and simultaneously control the pulse phase angle.
