Description
The EM Test Dito ESD Simulator is engineered to provide accurate and repeatable electrostatic discharge testing for a wide range of EMC applications. It delivers contact discharge levels up to 10 kV and air discharge levels up to 16.5 kV, making it an ideal solution for testing commercial, industrial, automotive, medical, aerospace, and telecommunications electronic products. With interchangeable RC discharge networks, the Dito can be configured to meet IEC 61000-4-2, ISO 10605, and many manufacturer-specific ESD immunity standards, providing the flexibility required for diverse compliance and product qualification testing.
Designed with EMC engineers in mind, the Dito features an intuitive user interface with pre-programmed test routines, adjustable output voltage, selectable discharge polarity, programmable repetition rates, and customizable test sequences. Its lightweight, ergonomic construction minimizes operator fatigue during extended testing while allowing easy access to difficult-to-reach test locations. A high-capacity rechargeable battery provides thousands of discharges on a single charge, making the simulator equally suited for laboratory use and on-site field testing. For increased productivity, optional PC software enables automated test execution, custom test sequence development, data logging, and detailed report generation, helping laboratories streamline testing, improve repeatability, and simplify documentation for compliance and quality assurance programs.
