The conducted emissions section of this standard, located in part b, starts at 150 kHz and goes to 30 MHz and is tested with a 50 μH/50 ohms line impedance stabilization network (LISN). This can be accomplished by using either a spectrum analyzer or EMI reciever for measurements and, if not built into the analyzer, a transient limiter. The conducted limits are measured in (dBμV) and include both Quasi-peak and average measurement criteria. The formal version of this standard can be downloaded from the FCC website, which can be accessed by clicking here.
