The EM Test LD200N provides a effective test solution to ISO 7637-2 pulses 5 and 7, as well as many other international and manufacturer based standards/requirements. This Automotive Conducted Immunity Test Solutions simulate a load dump, the sudden battery disconnection causing an over voltage impulse. This stand alone generator includes an 60v/30a DC coupling decoupling network (CDN) for direct testing and an ISO 17025 accredited calibration, providing a ideal test solution! It is designed for use with 12, 24, or 42 volt supply systems and in conjunction with other EM Test 200 series of generators.

This immunity generator is an all in one system for testing high-energy pulses as required by ISO 7637. By means of a built-in clipping circuit it also generates clipped load dump pulses as per international standards as well as manufacturer requirements. The LD200N can be integrated with the UCS200N and VDS 200N for a complete automotive immunity test system, similar to the NSG 5500.  

This test equipment allows for both pre-programmed standard test and modification of individual pulses through the FreeStyle mode. It has an adjustable source impedance from, 0.5 Ω to 38 Ω in .1 Ω steps. To facilitate a turnkey solution, we include laptop with software with this rental arriving at the testing location ready for use.

The CBA 1G-600B has the capacity to produce a 600W 80MHz to 1GHz and can be controlled via front panel or via latop with USB, GPIB, RS232 and Ethernet connections. It is compatible and can be easily integrated with a wide variety Teseq products and test systems. The minimum of 500W linear power makes it a  excellent solution for RF immunity testing for a variety of applications including military, automotive, and aerospace applications.

This EMC test equipment is often used for RF immunity testing to IEC 61000-4-3, MIL-STD 461, ISO 11452,  RTCA DO-160, and many others. We also carry the CBA 1G-300B, which provide 300W capabilities with the same frequency range. It is often included in test setups with associated Teseq products, including the NSG 4070 and ITS 6006. The touch screen front panel gives immediate fedback and provides information including operating status and heatsink temperature.

Our amplifiers provide turnkey solutions coming with required cords and accessories. The inbuilt fan speed automatically adjusts according to the heatsink temperature ensuring the minimum audio noise level. To supplement testing, we also rent many other amplifiers including S251-300 (800MHz-2.5Ghz 300w) and AS0860-50 (800Mhz-6Ghz 50W).

The Teseq Profline2105 by Teseq has a stable and programmable 5KVA power supply and line conditioner (Cal Inst 5000ix) used for measuring single phase harmonics (EN/IEC 61000-3-2) and flicker (EN/IEC 61000-3-3) testing. The NSG1007 power supply is included in the Profline2105 rental. An A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. 

This Harmonics and Flicker Emissions Tester has a fully programmable AC power source with arbitrary waveform generator capable of being used in stand-alone mode in various applications for IEC 61000-4-X at pre or full-compliance. The measurement of flicker requires a fixed, stable source impedance the Profline system provides a precision power source to accurately simulate this impedance by careful control of the relationship between voltage and current. This IEC 61000-3-3 rental solution eliminates the need for a costly physical impedance.

The Profline 2105 is a reliable solution for testing to standards EN/IEC 61000-3-2, EN/IEC 61000-3-3, EN/IEC 61000-4-11, EN/IEC 61000-4-13, and EN/IEC 61000-4-14. Measurements are made using precision, no burden, active hall-effect current transformers connected via a dedicated cable to a multichannel fast Data Acquisition Card (DAQ) fitted inside a PC. One voltage and three current measuring channels are used to make simultaneous measurement of both current and voltage.
