AVI3000 Rental - Avionics and Military EMC Immunity Test System

The AVI3000 made by EMC Partner is an all in one integrated solution to indirect lightning testing needs. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. It allows for a single coupler where EUT passes only once to transfer all 6 waveforms into the EUT and active Active AC Power PIN Synchronization up to 800Hz. 

This Military & Avionics EMC Test Equipment is user-friendly with a reduced setup time with single generator and coupler to complete testing and can be operated via front panel or software. It includes powered PIN phase sync 90° positive polarity 270° negative polarity and separate sync input for additional plug-in modules. The direct connection for Ground Injection testing includes a fuse to protect against EUT overcurrent.

The AVI3000 is the first System to fully integrate all waveforms from RTCA DO-160 Sec.22 and MIL-STD-461 CS117 wavefroms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, and 6. The EMC Partner MIG 2000-6 MIL-STD-461 CS115 & CS116 compact military conducted susceptibility test generator uses plug-in technology to simulate a wide range of special military impulses and includes plug-ins and injection probes. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This products easy to use software allows for quick and easy testing and changing of parameters.

This Military & Avionics EMC Test Equipment provides three plug-ins, one plug-in for CS115 (2x30 nanoseconds) and two for CS116 (10khz/100khz/1Mhz & 10Mhz/30Mhz/100Mhz. These plug-ins slide into the structure of the body of this unit allowing for easy interchange of testing parameters. This EMC Partner Immunity test product also comes with CN-MIG-BT and CN-MIG-BT2 injection probes.

Solar 9354-2 Rental - EMC Transient Generator per MIL-STD-461 CS116 & DO-160 sec 22

The 9354-2 by Solar Electronics is a specially designed military EMC transient generator to provide the necessary pulses required for testing to several military standards. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. The Solar 9354-2 includes a panel-mounted digital voltmeter that monitors the adjusted open circuit discharge voltage.

This Military EMC Test Equipment provide nine selectable waveforms, including six damped sinusoidal pulses (10 kHz, 100 kHz, 1 MHz, 10 MHz, 30 MHz, and 100 MHz) and three double exponential pulses (6.4 µS, 70 µS, 500 µS). The 9354-2 goes beyond the more basic 9354-1 and also has the capability for three double exponential pulses (6.4 µS, 70 µS, and 120 µS). Auto pulsing of the sinusoidal repetition rate is internally adjusted from 0.5 to 1.0 pulse per second.

The 9354-2 is a versatile Immunity test generator allowing for testing to MIL-STD-461 CS116 and RTCA DO-160 sec 22. A front panel-mounted push button can be used to manually trigger single pulses. The peak amplitude of the selected output pulse is adjustable as a percentage of the charge voltage. Our EMC rental equipment includes the option of renting the accessory Bulk Current Injection Clamp (BCI) and other accessories required for CS116.

Solar 9355 Rental - EMC Susceptibility Transient Generator Per MIL-STD-461 CS115

The Solar Electronics 9355 Pulse generator (2x35 nanoseconds) is designed to provide impulse excitation by means of an injection probe placed around interconnecting cables or power wires. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This product provides adjustable pulse rate from 0.6 pulse per second to 150 pulse per second, and manual triggering.

This Military / Avionics Test Equipment allows for charged line potential to be adjusted from less than 10 V to approximately 2,000 V. The 9355 uses a charged transmission line (50 Ω) to generate a pulse with less than 2 nS rise and fall time, and duration of approximately 30 nS, calibrated in a 50 Ω fixture to deliver up to 5 A at a rate of 30 pulse per second for one minute. The repetition rate is variable from less than 0.6 pulse per second to greater than 150 pulse per second, or single pulses manually triggered via panel mounted button.

The Solar 9355 is an EMI test solution for testing to MIL-STD-461D CS115. This product has a digital display for monitor the charging voltage and pulse repetition rate. Our EMC rental equipment includes the option of renting the accessory Bulk Current Injection Clamp (BCI) and other accessories required for CS115.

Solar 8282 Rental - EMC Military Transient Susceptibility Equipment per MIL-STD-461 CS06

The 8282 by Solar Electronics spike generator up to 600v for conducted transient susceptibility testing providing three different spike duration's 0.15 µS, 5.0 µS, and 10.0 µS into low source impedance. Our military immunity test rental includes an A2LA accredited calibration included in the EMC rental equipment price. 

This Military EMC Rental Test Generator this product has two sets of output terminals allow either parallel or series injection into the power line. Series injection is used on AC lines. Parallel injection is used on DC lines. The output winding used for series injection can carry 25 A of power current. The output terminals are isolated from the chassis and the power cord.

The Solar 8282 is designed to meet MIL-STD-461 CS06 (NEMA TS2) provides all the waveshapes required by MIL-STD-461 and many other military EMI specifications. All functions are selected by push buttons which are lighted when activated. This product is not designed to test for RTCA/DO-160G Section 17 or MIL-STD-461F CS106.

CWS500N2 Rental - EM Test Conducted RF Immunity per MIL-STD-461 CS114, DO-160 sec 20

The EM Test CWS 500N2 continuous wave simulator uses Bulk Current Injection (BCI) testing procedure to proof the immunity to electrical disturbances by narrowband electromagnetic energy. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. The CWS500N2 compact product includes a built-in 100W class A amplifier up to 400MHz.

This Military and Commercial EMC Test Equipment is designed to meet a variety of testing criteria with built in signal generator, amplifier and power meter, dual directional coupler.  Apart from the 1kHz 80% AM signal the CWS500N also generates a 2 Hz 80% AM signal to test medical appliances and a 1 Hz PM signal with 50% duty cycle required to test safety equipment like fire alarms. This product has an easy to use interface allowing users to select and modify testing criteria via turning knob on the front of the unit.

The CWS500N2 is a single box solution for testing products to RF per MIL-STD-461 CS114EN IEC 61000-4-6ISO 11452-4, RTCA DO-160 Sec 20 and many others. Equipped with a 1 GHz current monitor the CWS500N can be used up to 1 GHz by means of an external amplifier. Our EMC rental equipment includes the option of renting the accessory Bulk Current Injection Clamp (BCI) and other accessories required for CS11x series testing.

NSG 437 HBM Rental - Teseq 30kV ESD Simulator with INA4561 100pf/1500Ω Network

The Teseq NSG437 ESD tester allows for testing to 30kv air and contact with a simple and easy to use design. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This equipment comes with the INA4561 which provides a 100pf / 1500 Ω discharge network.

The NSG 437 allows for testing to MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-464, and many gaming ESD specifications. It is designed to sit comfortably in the operator’s hand, with operating conditions constantly displayed and accessible on a bright, clear color touch display. This Teseq product is unique in offering an activity log where the number and type of simulations can be verified by time frame and standard.

The NSG 437 ESD Simulator has a color touch display and keypad for parameter input shows the precise functional and test data with user-selectable language for convenient and safe operation worldwide. The simulator contains variable threshold selection for accurate discharge detection. This detection feature can be switched off when testing EUT’s with non-conductive surfaces, such as plastic housings.

Solar 8850 Rental - Military EMC Power Sweep Generator MIL-STD 461 CS101 & CS01

The Solar 8850 by Solar Electronics is a power sweep generator with 7021-1 phase shift network for Mil Std 461 CS01/CS101. A2LA accredited calibration is included in the EMC rental equipment price. This product is ideal for conducted susceptibility testing providing increased audio voltage from a low impedance source.

This Military EMC Test Equipment is designed to be used with an audio isolation transformer allowing the injection injection of sinewave audio voltages into power lines supplying the EUT.  The Solar 8850 offers the option for both manually tuned or sweeping mode for four frequency bands 20Hz to 150Khz. The digital display on this EMC test equipment shows frequency and output voltage level(injection voltage level).

The Solar 8850 also provides automatic leveling of output voltage as frequency is scanned or swept. This product is designed to meet the testing critera for MIL-STD-461 CS101 and MIL-STD-461 CS01. The maximum output of this test equipment is 300 watts for 1.5 ohm resistive load  and 200 watts for a 2.5 ohm. As added protection this Solar military product provides protective circuits preventing damage caused by power frequency feedback in typical a.c. setups.
