Overview

The Teseq (previously Schaffner) NSG 3060 EMC Immunity generator provides testing for EFT(electrical fast transients) to 4.8kV, Surge to 6.6kV, 100kHz ring wave to 6.6kV and offers solutions for both CE mark, ANSI, and IEC testing.  A2LA accredited calibration and two free days of transit time is included in the rental equipment priceIt includes both coupling methods associated with IEC and ANSI EMC testing standards. We also offer the full line of accessories available for rent, including the CDN 3083 series (CDN3083-S100 & CDN3083-B100), allowing for enhanced testing capabilities. 

This multifunction generator offers a user-friendly design to help streamline testing to EN/IEC 61000-4-4, EN/IEC 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-12, ANSI C62.41, C62.45, and UL 1449. It offers a 7" color screen and easy to manage user-interface allowing for easy adjustments with the thumb-wheel. This system is often rented with the CDN 3061 (coupling decoupling network) allowing for single phase coupling up to 270V/16A.

This Immunity Test Generator has a Ethernet port for connect with a PC and includes window based software. This simplifies electromagnetic compatibility testing allowing for compilation of complex test sequences with diverse pulse types. The software with the NSG3060 test set enables the user to create reports and enter observations as the test progresses increasing the efficiency of long-term tests.
