Overview

The AS0860 amplifier has the frequency range of 800MHz to 6GHz up to 50 watts and be controlled via front panel or with a laptop or computer. This test equipment can be easily integrated into Teseq, EM Test, and Milmega product setups. It is designed to ensures that the amplifier will continue to operate at full power even when presented with an open or short circuit at its output. The frequency ranges and power make it a great solution for Telecom, Instrumentation, and many other applications.

This EMC test equipment is powered from a high efficiency power supply with a high power factor and wide range of voltage operations.The unit is air-cooled with integral fans, is protected against faulty cooling by excess temperature sensing. A safety interlock connector is provided, which the user can short circuit to ground, to put the amplifier into standby mode. 

Our amplifiers provide turnkey solutions coming with required cords and accessories. The front panel display provides immediate results and allows for quick modification of testing parameters. It also provides operational status and heatsink temperature. The CBA 1G-300D has the capacity to produce a 300W 80MHz to 1GHz and can be controlled via front panel or via latop with USB, GPIB, RS232 and Ethernet connections. It is compatible and can be easily integrated with a wide variety Teseq products and test systems. The minimum of 500W linear power makes it a  excellent solution for RF immunity testing for a variety of applications including military, automotive, and aerospace applications.

This EMC test equipment is often used for RF immunity testing to IEC 61000-4-3, MIL-STD 461, ISO 11452,  RTCA DO-160, and many others. We also carry the CBA 1G-300B, which provide 300W capabilities with the same frequency range. It is often included in test setups with associated Teseq products, including the NSG 4070 and ITS 6006. The touch screen front panel gives immediate fedback and provides information including operating status and heatsink temperature.

Our amplifiers provide turnkey solutions coming with required cords and accessories. The inbuilt fan speed automatically adjusts according to the heatsink temperature ensuring the minimum audio noise level. To supplement testing, we also rent many other amplifiers including S251-300 (800MHz-2.5Ghz 300w) and AS0860-50 (800Mhz-6Ghz 50W).

Overview

The Teseq CBA 400M-110 can supply 110Watt into a 50 ohm load over the range of 10kHz-400Mhz. This mismatch tolerant and unconditionally stable Class A broadband amplifier is ideal for bulk current injection (BCI) EMC Testing including automotive, military, and aerospace applications. This test equipment is powered by a switch mode power supply, is air cooled with integral fans, and protected against faulty cooling via temperature sensing.

This equipment provides testing to a wide variety of EMC immunity testing. It provides indicator lights for radio frequency (RF) interlock operations and over-temperature. The unique construction of this test equipment will continue to work at full power when presented with an open or short circuit at its output. This easy to use test system allows for easy testing to EN/IEC 61000-4-6, CISPR 24, and many other standards.

All of our power supplies come with all required cords for use and provide a turnkey testing solution. We also carry a variety of other amplifiers including the CBA 1G-300 (80Mhz-1Ghz 300W) and TI88-250 (7.5Ghz-18Ghz 250W) to facilitate higher frequency and power testing needs. This test equipment has a backlit LCD display allowing for easy modification of testing parameters. This screen shows forward/reverse power indication, system status, and self-diagnostic information. The selection switches on the right of the front panel allow the user to easily select the desired mode if not being controlled via laptop. 

This solid state power supply is designed to meet a wide variety of standards including MIL-STD-461 RS103, ISO 11452, and DO 160 sec20. This generic standard, part of the EN IEC 61000-6 series is based on emissions and applies to residential and light industrial environments, both inside and outside. It covers the frequency range of up to 400 GHz for testing. This standard only applies if no other product or product-related EMC immunity standard applies. The most recent 2016 version provides a redline version, allowing comparing to the previous 2011 version. It applies to apparatus intended to be directly connected to a low-voltage public mains network or connected to a dedicated DC source, which is intended to interface between the apparatus and the low-voltage public mains network. It also applies to battery powered apparatus which is powered by powered by a non-public, but non-industrial, low-voltage power distribution system if powered by correlating environment.
